  Despite being satisfied with medical and nursing staff I believe front desk people let the clinic down. I have often found them less than welcoming and disrespectful. Not many chances left for this clinic unless they are willing to educate staff on customer service!

  I never post reviews. This place is average come here if you have the common cold or flu anything more complex than that then keep away. Thanking 2 doctors there I ordered tests and they refused them and offered me antidepressants and did the tests they believed i needed even after begging them i was told i dont need it the doctor was offended i asked for tests out of a book i was reading about my condition . After months symptoms got worse went back the doctor who referred me to the wrong specialist after arguing with him to do so, this specialist couldnt help me. I then went to another clinic they did the tests and I got an emergency referral to an endocrinologist who found the issue. It was serious and still is ongoing. If they had they picked this up a year ago i wouldn't be chronically sick as i am now. As for management contacted me once and never heard back after apologising and offering to look into it. Law suites waiting to happen here as I have mentioned waiting for my MRI if In doubt don't fight with the doctors for help go see another. Very under educated and judgemental doctors at this clinic not all patients have depression and they should listen investigate and refer if they don't know the answer it's not like they have to pay for it anyway!

  Charge me $65 only to tell me which vaccine I need to go to Asia, thing that I already knew and that the doctor search on internet, and then make me come another day and charge me again $65 to put me the shoots plus what the vaccine cost... they steal you
